[OpenAFS] Install OpenAFS 1.5.57 on a VM with XenTools 5

I've never used dkms yet and if it's simple enough I would install it.=20
I'm wondering if you could give me couple of tips how can I use dkms in
my system for OpenAFS.

which won't work, because it's not for the kernel you have.

are you willing and/or able to consider dkms?
