[OpenAFS] Windows XP OpenAFS 1.5.66 UNC paths not working

If UNC paths fail, it is most likely that you do not have the loopback
adapter installed. Make sure you have the secondary (virtual nic) installed.
If not, you can manually added it with the add/remove hardware control
panel. You will need to give it an ip address of 10.254.254.253. I should
put an entry in lmhosts like this

10.254.254.253   AFS   #PRE
