[OpenAFS] Errors on windows client differ from linux

I have a Vista 64 system running the openafs 64 bit build from openafs.org.
while attempting to access my afs home directory the system or app will hang
for a time and then report that it cannot find the file. FS CHECKSERVERS on
vista reports: checkservers These servers unavailable due to network or
server problems: filesrv14.asu.edu filesrv11.asu.edu filesrv15.asu.edu.
However, fs checkservers on linux at the same time reports all servers are
running. The windows event log has the following information: Log Name:
Application Source: AFS Client Date: 10/29/2009 10:16:33 AM Event ID: 4111
Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer:
pp-dbear.asurite.ad.asu.edu Description: Server 129.219.7.151 reported
volume 536875505 as not in service. Any advice?
