[OpenAFS] problems with cygwin

Just for the archives:
There is at least one non-cygwin app that is affected too:

I couldn't mount iso's anymore after the upgrade to 1.5.62, and it
worked again after downgrade to 1.5.61.
And it works with 1.5.6201 again, to.
