[OpenAFS] Another problem with folder redirection on windows

Hi!

The same workstation with the "unknown code: KTC 2" problem hits another
error.

Problem was (with 1.5.62) syncing redirected folders. Error shown while
trying to sync:

"Unable to make `files.MYD` available offline on
\\afs\cgv.tugraz.at\home\username\AppData\Adobe\Acrobat7.0\organizer70.
incorrect function.

And this for nearly all the files.

I see in the error message \\afs\ being written lower case although
profile path is set to \\AFS\ on AD server.
And in folder redirection policy it is set to \\AFS\, to.
