What version of OpenAFS?

Do you see

"VL_RegisterAddrs rpc failed; will retry periodically"

in FileLog? The patch in
<http://git.openafs.org/?p=openafs.git;a=commitdiff;h=160aff88>
may help.

Also, if you run the fileserver with '-d 1' (or higher) you should see

"address list ignored (NetInfo/NetRestrict override)"

in FileLog. Do you?
