[OpenAFS] long style command options

I noticed that new users to OpenAFS tend to be a bit surprised
when command options cannot be prefixed with two dashes.
For example, permit 'vos listvol --server' in addition to
'vos listvol -server ...'.

This is strictly a cosmetic change, but one that many people have
become accustomed to.  Would there be any objection to such a feature
change?  One thing that comes to mind, would be bash command
completion scripts would need to be updated, if any are in use.
