[OpenAFS] SRPMs for the RPMs

This would be preferable, but for example my RPM packaging skills are
not that good to write the prereqs depending on the distro and
version. The distros do have different names on the packages. So I
prefer to get the SRPM that gets produced alongside the RPM in the
rpmbuild process until we get to the unified RPM nirvana.
