[OpenAFS] F12 packages

Hi there,

I noticed that the "1.4.x Maintenance Release" downloads section of
the website doesn't mention Fedora 12, it only goes up to F11. The
packages seem to be available though by guessing the obvious name for
the link - http://dl.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.4.11/fedora-12/. Could a
top-level link be added please?
