[OpenAFS] File creation delays

I see this happen all the time.  I think it is related to waiting
for the fileserver to break callbacks with a client that isn't responding.
Sometimes I try typing "fs checks" from another window.
That often seems to end the waiting.

I think this may because one of file servers is still running
1.4.6 (others are running 1.4.11). (But it happens with
the newer ones too.)
