[OpenAFS] missing /etc/sysconfig/openafs-client

/etc/init.d/openafs-client is source /etc/sysconfig/openafs

So, the init script is different, and the configuration is different. What
happened then to all the settings that used to be in the
sysconfig/openafs-client ? like cache size, cache location, memcache, etc?
All moved elsewhere?
