by deleting 2nd line .. solved it.

so just complete the  3 commands and it went well

pts createuser -name admin -cell cell.local -noauth
pts adduser admin system:administrators -cell cell.local -noauth
pts membership admin -cell cell.local -noauth

tomorrow I will finish the rest . hopefully will be ok.
Or i know where to come!!!
