[OpenAFS] 64-bit mod_waklog / filedrawers on afs

Hi Daniel,

While I'm not running filedrawers I am using mod_waklog, albeit with RHEL6.
I had to apply some patches to get it to build correctly. If you send your
build errors I can see if my patches will help.
