[OpenAFS] can not access to users home area

I was trying to solve the problem of having all our afs=

freeze. You can not do =0A=
ls /afs/hep.man.ac.uk/u=0A=
/g=0A=
/d=0A=

I had to rest the cash size in all of the clients machine=0A=
fs setca 1=0A=
fs setca 0=0A=
=0A=
then we gone back to normal where we could access our =0A=
files and directories.=0A=
