Delete the line mentioning "restrictmode" in BosConfig to go back (or
configure the 1.4 binaries with '--enable-bos-restricted-mode')

1.6 turned on the ability to turn on "restricted mode" by default. In
1.4, this ability was enabled by --enable-bos-restricted-mode .
