Distro? And does this occur on 1.4.12.1? Because 1.4.14 is almost

We need more than that. All of the stuff around/after 'Call Trace:' or
similar, and anything with 'openafs:' would probably help to at least
point at something. You also typically want the text immediately
_before_ the "[cut here] ----- [please bite here] ---- " marker.
All of that should be in syslog (possibly kern.log, or 'messages', or
wherever the relevant syslog messages get sent to)
