[OpenAFS] Windows 32bit .msi 1.5.9907 shows as 1.5.9906

Hello!

I just installed the 1.5.9907 (1.6.pre7) for windows 32bit MSI package=20
on my windows 7 SP1 32bit laptop.
But in Network ID Manager Plugin View it appears as 1.5.9906 (instead of=20
expected 1.5.9907).

My fault, fault in packaging,..?
