[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.7.0201 (aka 1.7.2a) causes explorer.exe restart

I've the same problem. I've already sent a bug report [rt.central.org=20
#130343].
But I didn't include the infos mentioned by Jeffrey... tomorrow.
