[OpenAFS] openafs - samba

If you want to cache to a single client, and not have each client hit =20
and cache from the server, it helps.

It should be fairly easy to set up using pam (krb5 I assume Russ added =20
the get token capability to the krb5 module), and plain text passwords =20
and xinetd.

The Samba team fixed the 64-bit bug, in samba 3.4.15 (I didn't go back =20
and check the 3.5.x after they fixed the bug..) + xinetd.

I just set it up on Centos 6.
