[OpenAFS] Windows 7, 1.7.2, 64 bit, sloooow boot up. Anyone else?

Time to the beginning of the blue "Welcome" screen with the blue circle
is consistent.

I'm measuring from the appearance of "Welcome" to the appearance of the
desktop.  (As soon as "Welcome" disappears and the first glimmer of the
desktop shows up.)
