[OpenAFS] backup corruption problems go away with 1.6.0 (Scientific Linux 6)

I was able to compile openafs-1.6.0 for Scientific Linux 6 and copy
the server binaries into /usr/afs/bin/.
Now the salvager was able to clean up the corrupted
backup volume.  I hand't mentioned in my previous email,
but presumably a related problem prevented "vos dump" from working
(a zombie backup volume).  This problem has been fixed too.

Once 1.6.1 is available, I will download and compile that.
