Hmm, we got VNOSERVICE, even though it's only been about 15 seconds.
What version is this fileserver? (to devs: I thought server side idle
dead was 60 secs? I'm kinda skimming at the moment, so I'm not sure)

It looks like we need to cause VNOSERVICE to afs_ClearStatus; currently
it still counts as a volume error so we skip it.
