are you experiencing unexplained application failures which result
unresponsiveness when closing files, renaming files, or deleting files?

Do you have an enterprise license with support?

if so, please file bug reports with Trend Micro. Trend Micro has an
open case they are working on but they have questioned how important
fixing their product is since they have not received complaints from
customers.

As part of the report they will require that you provide full memory
dumps from systems that are experiencing a deadlock involving their
product. SysInternal's LiveKD in combination with Microsoft's Debugging
Tools for Windows "windbg.exe" can be used to examine a live system to
look for signs of a deadlocked application.

Thanks.
