[OpenAFS] Removing un-attachable volumes

Hi Michael!

# /usr/afs/bin/volinfo -header -volumeid 539353513
Volume header (size = 76):
   stamp   = 0x1
   VolId   = 539353513
opening volume info: No such file or directory

No, no files there:
find /vicepg/AFSIDat -ls
189480961    4 drwx------   2 root     root         4096 jun 27 09:33
AFSIDat/
122372097    4 -r--r--r--   1 root     root          156 jun 27 19:21
AFSIDat/README

Does this mean it's safe to just remove the .vol-file?
