[OpenAFS] Problem login/token windows 1.7.6

Afsauthent.dll is stored in \program Files\openafs\common.   Something on th=
e machine must have modified the PATH environment variable or removed one of=
 the afsauthent.dll dependencies which prevented it from loading.
