[OpenAFS] OSX 10.7.3 crashing on shutdown

1. Dynroot or not?
   (what output does fs lq /afs/ give you?)

2. I the answer to 1. is "not dynroot", did you start openafs without network?

In that case it's a known problem, otherwise someone else might know more.
