To be clear, you just need to install this, and running 'crash' should
work. You don't need to boot into a different kernel or anything; the
-debuginfo package just installs some extra files that 'crash' needs to
run.

Or more specifically, all you need is the vmlinux file for your kernel.
Installing the -debuginfo package will install that in a place where
'crash' can automatically find it.
