Another option is COPR:

We'd need to make some changes to the kmod portion of the RPM spec file if
we wanted to build there, since it uses a mock build environment to build
the packages, and the current openafs spec file uses some variant of `uname
-r` to determine the kernel version and not what is provided by the
kernel-devel package.  This has been something on my list of pet peeves
about the current spec file anyway.
