[OpenAFS] OpenaAFS apparently doesn't compile on linux 3.13.0-46-generic

Running openafs for many years on Ubuntu servers and clients without
problems for our small family installation, I switched now to use the PPA
on all of them to circumvent any upcoming problems.
So I just wanted to say thanks for the thread! :)
