[OpenAFS] IBM/OpenAFS trademark agreement - available anywhere?

Would the text of this agreement be available anywhere (in a way that
can be referenced, i.e without NDA)? My interest would be to see how far
this agreement limits technical evolution for OpenAFS in the medium-term
future.
(I have seen

- but that seems to cover only the use of "OpenAFS" in the foundation name).
