Turns out gtx already has code to do the right thing; it's=0A=
conditionalized for netbsd and darwin. All that should be necessary is=0A=
the gerrit patch to check for ncurses internals, and add that to the=0A=
ifdefs so it uses the no-internals version with ncurses 6.=0A=
