[OpenAFS] Remarks: aklog+pagsh SL7 x64

Indeed. The SL packaging renames pagsh to pagsh.openafs  to avoid =
clashes with other software like heimdal providing it.

Regarding aklog, I thought that -setpag was broken on Linux many years =
ago.
