[OpenAFS] Ubuntu 20.04 LTS gets kernel 5.11 and ppa:openafs/stable stops working

Thanks Anders for quickly putting OpenAFS 1.8.8 into ppa:openafs/stable 
and thus fixing the issue with kernel 5.11.
