[OpenAFS] kmod-openafs package for kernel 4.18.0-305.el8 does not build

RedHat pulled in some kernel changes that we have to adapt to.

The fixes should already be present on the openafs-stable-1_8_x branch in
git, and a 1.8.8pre1 should be coming soon.
