[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.8.9 beta2 available

The OpenAFS Release Team is pleased to announce that the prerelease
1.8.9pre2 is now available.

This prerelease brings brings performance and reliablity improvements, =
improved
diagnostics, support for the latest Linux mainline kernel (currently =
6.0)
and recent FreeBSD releases as well as a number of bug fixes.
