[OpenAFS] Zabbix monitoring AFS health

Back when I ran a cell that people other than me cared about, I had
implemented various checks from:
https://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/afs-monitor/
I do not know anything about Zabbix, but I assume it is possible to take
these nagios checks and make them work?
