[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.8.10 beta1 available

The OpenAFS Release Team is pleased to announce that the prerelease
1.8.10pre1 is now available.

This prerelease brings performance and reliablity improvements,
improved diagnostics, support for the latest Linux mainline kernel
(currently 6.3 and likely 6.4), Apple Silicon and macOS releases
up to 13 ("Ventura"), much improved support for the AIX platform,
including releases 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3, as well as a number of bug
fixes and minor new features.
