[OpenAFS] OpenAFS Release 1.8.11 available

The OpenAFS Release Team is pleased to announce the availability of
OpenAFS 1.8.11 for UNIX/Linux.

Source files can be accessed via the web at:

This release brings performance and reliablity improvements, improved
diagnostics, support for the latest Linux mainline kernel (currently 6.7),
macOS releases up to 14 ("Sonoma"), allows the client utilities to run on
machines with only server configuration files, and updates the bundled
CellServDB to the latest version from grand.central.org, as well as a
number of bug fixes and minor new features.
