[OpenAFS-testers] OpenAFS 1.2.8 Release Candidate 3 now available for testing

A compressed tar file of OpenAFS 1.2.8-rc3 is now available at:

  http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/testers/openafs-1.2.8-rc3.tar.gz

Changes from rc2 include:

- Various and sundry patches to the Windows client to make it compile
  with rxkad 2b support.

- Correct typo so we configure and build correctly on Linux kernels not
  using modversions.

- On Linux, the new AFS client kernel thread model is disabled on
  kernels older than 2.4.8.  This fixes compilation errors on Redhat
  2.4.7-10 kernels.

 Please try out this candidate release and report your findings.
 Barring any more problem reports, a final release is expected in
 approximately one week.
