Would you post the URL please?  I looked for it, but as far as I could

I understand why this decision was made.  In my case it doesn't help.  I won't
go into all the details, but it's basically configuration management.  You can't
dictate to customers and third-party suppliers what operating system they will
use.  We're stuck with what they're using or support.
