Ok, it seems there's no "test" server.

I think it would be good to have a server to test clients first before
trying to install and configure an AFS Server. It turns much easier to
evaluate the filesystem's features.
Coda has one ("testserver.coda.cs.cmu.edu") and it was helpful for me to
understand how it works.
