[OpenAFS-win32-devel] Bug in "fs wscell"?

While testing for a specific bug on 1.3.8500 I found the following anomaly...

C:\>fs wscell
This workstation belongs to cell 'Freelance.Local.Root'

I don't think wscell is supposed to return this string.
