[OpenAFS-win32-devel] building 1.5.14

1. Not doing that
2. Just got unresolved symbols building client_creds.exe--which still 
seems to be part of normal build--the unresolved symbols were in the 
WIZARD and some LB_* functions.

Clearly, this isn't very important, just wanted to get a clean compile.
