I didn't ask you if you were having the problem with the "release
build".  I asked you if you were having this problem with the "OpenAFS
release", in other words, the installers that you download from openafs.org.

R6034 is a manifest error that will be produced when the wrong manifest.
 However, builds from Visual Studio 2003 do not use manifests.  Visual
Studio 2005 does but we don't build 32-bit builds with it.

Since you previously complained about missing entry points in WinCE DLLs
I can only assume that your compiler and/or sdk configuration still does
not match your execution environment.
