[OpenAFS-win32-devel] Fatal error when I am installing openafs

I executed "nmake /f NTMakefile man-pages" before "nmake /f NTMakefile NSIS"
but it occured the same error.
In fact I found "nmake /f NTMakefile NSIS" had already contained the step of
" nmake /f NTMakefile man-panges" as the first step.
The fact is that I don't have a \openafs\openafs-1.5.51\DOC or
\openafs\openafs-1.5.51\DOC\man-pages directory in my
\openafs\openafs-1.5.51 after I built successfully openafs for windows.
Will this step "nmake /f NTMakefile man-pages" build a
\openafs\openafs-1.5.51\DOC\man-pages directory or just work based on such
an existing man-pages directory?
