When I first tried to build OpenAFS on Windows, I found the process to be
somewhat painful. To make it less so, I started working on a set of batch
files to replace the current ntbuild file.

These files - collectively called Winafsbld - are now available at
http://openafs.sinenomine.net/ under the development tools link. There is a
readme file that pretty much covers all the bases.

If you are one of those who build your own Windows clients and you have the
time to try Winafsbld, I am interested in any comments you might wish to
make.

Mickey.
