Subject: Reconnect failure - 1.5.74 - Windows Vista

=20

I recently upgraded to 1.5.74 (from 1.5.73 - but it had the same
problem) - from whatever was current for windows in July 2009 (sorry, I
don't have the version number - I neglected to save the install file).

=20

This is a laptop, and typical pattern is use the system at work, undock
and take it home. Reconnect to the internet, and generally fire up the
Cisco VPN client in order to get email access (Exchange) - I don't
normally use AFS files from home. On returning to work the next day, I
am unable to use AFS. The toolbar indicator says "OpenAFS service can
not be reached".

=20

I have tried restarting the OpenAFS service (ran the service control as
administer) - that worked once. Sometimes it seems to fix itself
(after a couple of hours). But lately I just check to see if a newer
release has come out and then I reboot. (I wished I had kept the
install file from my earlier install.)

=20

Suggestions for work arounds?
