[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Installer Package Broken?

I had the same problem when initially trying the OpenAFS 1.0.4 client on a
G3 running OS X 10.0.3.  Since reinstalling from scratch (for unrelated
reasons), I have yet to encounter the problem again.

I never figured out why, but I did have the same problem.
