Hello,

I have no idea about a timescale, it could even be that it
isn't a known problem. I think it would be a good idea to
report it somewhere.

We are using Arla for Mac OS X (but OpenAFS for Solaris and
Linux and some other OSes), so I don't have an installation
to work with, and currently not very much need to do it, myself.
