[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Source for gui afstokens and for gui mount_afs (and a linux gui!)

Source code is now up.

Feel free to grab, play with, etc. Only thing I ask is that if you're 
going to make modifications, send 'em back to me since I seem to be 
hosting the "official" copies (unless we eventually get them hosted on 
the openafs.org website or someplace else more appropriate). And, I do 
have some more enhancements planned for the gui afstokens application.

FYI, although not widely announced, yet, the gui afstokens app has also 
been ported to linux using gtk2. Binary for rh7.3 and source are both 
up... source may even compile under other UNIX OSes as well (maybe even 
Windows? Who knows!).

Linux version compiled with lwp, and makefile also set for lwp. Not 
sure which is better with lwp versus pthreads. I was given the 
impression via ddd that gtk+ is threaded with lwp, so, trying not to 
mix the two. But, you can certainly change the makefile to use pthread 
instead: replace -lprot through -lresolv with:
-lafsauthent -lafsrpc -lpthread -lresolv

Same thing with making enhancements with the unix version. I am trying 
to keep the linux version and the mac version in sync with each other.
